Taught overseas in countries in which we lived due to husbands' career with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (hence Akron, though we live in the country in Bath)

Though I used to ride and play tennis, lifelong hobbies are reduced to walking, yoga and current passion of gardening in clay soil.

I have enjoyed reading about classmates and was highly amused to see that North was having a HS visitation, including interaction with students, and discussion groups on current critical issues and South was going to a football game with some school I never heard of, and a fair.
Though I have had little contact with Long Island since graduation from GN, I retain my sense of sarcastic humor, a trait born of New Yorkers, I believe.
